Examination Information
● Students should only be at school on mornings that they have a scheduled exam.
● Students are expected to be available to write exams during the entire Exam Period.
● Students are not permitted to leave during the first hour of the examination.
● Please note that exam days may be used for credit rescue.
● Textbooks should be returned to your teacher at your exam or to Ms. Baker in the Library. Make sure the book you are handing in is the book you signed out with your name in it. All textbooks must be returned in order to sign out books in September.
● Students are reminded to please remove their locker contents and take their locks home for the summer.
● Please check with your teacher if you have questions about the examination or culminating activity in your course.
● Please see Mr. Ward if you have questions or concerns about your examination schedule.
Lunch Hour Buses
Lunch hour buses will run each exam day. One route goes north and the other goes south. The two routes will be posted outside the Main Office and are also outlined below. Please review your route and if your home is not directly on the route, speak to the bus driver before getting on the bus to arrange a drop-off location. Lunch hour buses will leave at 11:45 a.m. from the bus arrival/departure area at the tennis courts. You should be out at the tennis courts by 11:30 a.m.
North Bus Run: Bus will depart ESS at 11:45 a.m. and travel along Hwy 2 to Sharpe Road, going to Violet Road if needed, then to County Road 4 to Camden East down Maple Road, Simmons Road, Switzerville Road, and Fred Brown Road as needed, back out to County Road 6 to Yarker through Colebook and Moscow to County Road 14 with the last stop being in Enterprise. Please speak to the driver if you require an additional stop along the way.
South Bus Run: Bus will depart ESS at 11:45 a.m. and head toward County Road 4 via Highway 2 to the roundabout, south on County Road 4 to Bath Road, turn right and go to Finkle Park. Bus will then head toward Amherstview using Bath Road. It will turn left at County Road 6 heading toward Kildare Avenue where it will take a right and then go to Manitou Crescent and then right to Park Crescent. It will then take a left on Park Crescent and go toward Coronation Boulevard where the last stop will be at 506 Coronation Boulevard. Please speak to the driver if you require an additional stop along the way.
